Information you provide
If you contact us or purchase a product, information is used only to provide the requested service, operate the platform, meet legal obligations, and protect users and the business. Payhip may process identity, contact, transaction, fraud-prevention, and payment information under its own privacy notice. My HR Balance should receive only the order information needed to deliver and support the purchase.
Digital products
Order references, purchase email, product access, and support history may be retained for delivery, accounting, dispute handling, security, and legal compliance. Full card credentials remain with the authorised payment provider and must not be sent through direct messages.
