Payment is processed through the official Payhip pages linked from the site, with digital delivery after a successful order. Do not send transfers or payment details through unverified messages.
Issues we review
Contact support promptly for duplicate charges, missing access, unusable files after reasonable troubleshooting, or content materially different from its description. After verification, we provide access, a working replacement or an eligible refund as appropriate.
Change of mind and rights
A change of mind after download or access may not qualify for a refund to the extent permitted by applicable law and checkout consent. Mandatory consumer rights are not limited.
Request a review
Use the verified checkout or receipt support channel with your order reference, purchase email, issue and any relevant screenshot. Approved refunds use the original payment method; bank or provider processing times may apply.
