Terms of Sale & Use
Effective 31 August 2026. These terms cover the My HR Balance website and its one-time digital products.
Commercial launch status
The website and prices are public. An order is accepted only when a working purchase button sends you to the matching Payhip checkout and you receive payment confirmation. Never send a bank transfer or payment details through social media or an unverified message.
Offers and prices
Each product page shows its one-time USD price. The current catalogue ranges from USD 29 to USD 59. Any applicable tax, final total, seller details, and payment-provider terms are shown at Payhip checkout before payment.
Digital delivery
The product page states the included files and customer-file language. Payhip automatically provides the customer ZIP after successful payment. No recurring membership or subscription is offered through the current product catalogue.
Licence and intellectual property
Unless a product page says otherwise, a purchase grants one buyer a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the files inside one organisation. Resale, public redistribution, removal of authorship notices, or presenting the material as another person’s work is not permitted.
Professional-use notice
My HR Balance provides educational HR frameworks and working tools, not legal, tax, employment, medical, or regulated professional advice. Laws and organisational circumstances differ. Buyers remain responsible for local review, approvals, employee consultation, data protection, and decisions made with the materials.
Fair use of the website
Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape protected member material, or interfere with another visitor’s use. External and affiliate services have their own terms.
Changes and governing rules
We may improve the site and future content. Material commercial changes will be dated on this page. Mandatory consumer rights and applicable Saudi rules take priority where they cannot legally be excluded.
